Women’s Support Group
This support group encourages women to learn how to act from a place of truth in their everyday existence. It is centered around finding a way to non-judgment and compassion through focusing and mindfulness in order to ground us in our lives. By incorporating readings, group discussions and group exercises for developing self-awareness, participants will become more intentional and conscious in their lives. This is a 6 weeks session in which 3-5 women will meet for 2 hours each week on Thursday. Time to be determined.
