Gabriella Mostacci Tolic
Registered Psychotherapist, B.A., B.Ed., M.A.C.P
From a young age, I was always interested in the why of things. Whenever I was told that, “things could be worse”, I was never satisfied and always remember thinking that there must be a better or different way of handling things. In my life, I have encountered many challenging times and tried to handle things the best I could. As a result, I decided to do my own work and in turn was inspired to help others. Today, I am fortunate enough to do the work I do and am passionate about helping others to make changes in their lives.
I believe that my clients are the experts in their lives. We are all members of this divine universe and offer unique gifts. My approach is one of love/compassion and forgiveness however when this becomes difficult, old unresolved issues are needing to be healed and I offer a safe place to examine these griefs.
Group therapy is a powerful tool that I am passionate about. Having participated in my own women’s support group and having experienced the benefits first hand, I believe that in group work we have the potential to create a safe and sacred space in which members can work through issues both psychological and spiritual.
